Out the gate, I’m absolutely OCD and have a very unhealthy relationship with my cars. I’m purposely saving my best comment for last. I started off going to Frequency to have the hood wrapped in my new baby. As well so window tint. Outstanding job, super fair price. They did a couple of other little work like debadging the car, black out logo, that sort of work. Fabulous! Went back for a dashcam install. Super SUPER clean job. Very reasonable price. Went back again for some OCD custom wiring ( I hate seeing cables , they hid my charging cables behind the dash). Igor is AMAZING! The great: their prices, their availability, their work standards. Their shop is immaculate! The absolutely insanely wonderful: their customer service. They are always on point. From the moment you call for information to scheduling to communication. Really wonderful experience with them. I was a bit skeptical, but whoa. Surpassed all the 5 star reviews! Is give it a 10 if I could. Igor is an incredible face for the shop. Knowledgeable, professional, kind, approachable…. His approach to meeting guest’s needs and making good solid recommendations says so much about the shop and the philosophy the owners have set. The waiting area itself was very comfy, they have Netflix and other streaming services. The shop was impeccable. I had my windows tinted (and ultimately scheduled more work with them). Beautiful job, they weren’t sloppy, I didn’t have to wipe off any drip marks from the solution they use to adhere the tints . No bubbles! The pricing is very very reasonable. I have an SUV and the costs were totally fair and fantastic. Other shops had quoted me almost twice the amount. They were quick. I have the stock speakers in my car, a couple punchers in the back and a new amplifier and I was having trouble getting it working so I came here to see if they could do the wiring and it was 500$! And that wasn’t even the full price after everything else. So I ended up troubleshooting some more on my own instead and got it working fine with what was already there instead of getting brand new wiring and components. Saved myself a huge chunk of cash.. though I will say they seem like a professional business that does good work, so that’s why my rating isn’t lower. Wireing and custom box made by them look sublime. System works amazing with no issue. Suntint looks prestine with no bubbles. My #1 recommendation to all my friends and will be my spot to go to with my next sound system. Casey at Frequency was absolutely awesome. On an extremely busy day for them, he was able to squeeze my small job in, and had me finished up in about 25 minutes. We took a truck to them to have a back-up camera and hands-free capabilities installed for our son. When I initially took the truck to the store, the associate was kind enough to talk to my 10 year old, who was with me, about the hot wheels collection they boast in the waiting area. He then made sure we were set up with the best set up and price possible for the vehicle. When I picked the truck up, they carefully went over the newly installed tech. The installers also made a repair to the battery connection in the truck just because they noticed it was in need of adjusting as a courtesy. I am BEYOND pleased and impressed.
