If you choose to use them it’s probably best to go in person and not waste time on the phone as you will be forgotten about and is the reason for my 2 star, even any form of update of when I could expect pricing or even confirmation if you could do it or not would have been helpful but no answer is just not acceptable. To be fair I didn’t give them much to go off of – sent photos and the link of what I was trying to install – and after asked if they needed anything else from me – no response to that until I let them know that a different sound shop was helping me out.
