Review: I can’t say enough good things about Jeremy and The Tint Effect. I reached out with a question about my window tint, and he went out of his way to take care of me. Even though the warranty doesn’t cover fading, he still sent me a replacement film for two of my windows at no cost. That kind of customer service is rare these days. It’s clear that they truly stand behind their work and care about their customers. From a small business owner I Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality tint and exceptional service! They have earned my business for many years in the future.

Review: Their products are top quality, but more importantly, their customer service is phenomenal! I ordered a kit that I thought included these weird little windows on my Toyota Solara. It turns out I ordered the wrong kit, which I only realized as I carefully unpackaged everything. One exchange with the customer service folks, and the issue was resolved with the correct windows shipped with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. I expected resistance, red tape, lots of hoops, etc. Instead, what I got was exemplary customer service, so rare these days. Well done! I’m so impressed that I’ve already ordered another set for my Toyota Tundra! In a largely commodity market, The Tint Effect has differentiated itself through its customer service!

Review: I recently ordered pre-cut visor tint from The Tint Effect and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience working with them. I had a few questions about the tint and they were extremely helpful. Upon receiving the tint I decided it was lighter than I had hoped for, so I gave them a call and they helped me re-order a darker tint right away. Incredible customer service, I won’t be buying pre-cut tint anywhere else in the future!

Review: I made a mistake and ordered tint for a ‘98 Ford, instead of a ‘99 (which is what I actually needed). I called and spoke to Evan. He was super helpful (thanks for not making me feel like a total idiot) and offered to pay half for the proper replacement. Refreshing to see GREAT customer service isn’t dead.
