I chose them over others because I wanted to be sure I would get quality workmanship and a quality product. When shopping around I found their pricing for my job (two front windows) to be $100+ more than competing businesses, but again I took that as a sign that I would have zero issues. Unfortunately, I have air bubbles between the tint and glass. They disposed of the OEM window stickers after being asked not to. And while it’s not a big deal, and a simple car wash away from being resolved they left water streaks down the doors below the windows they worked on, I just expected a higher attention to detail given the premium price. I guess you don’t always get what you pay for. I’ll be reaching out to them to repair the air bubbles and will post an update below as to how they handle warranty work. *Update* Warranty work was completed, at no additional charge. I did have to point out a few more minor defects on the warranty work but they were able to repair them on the spot. I can’t fault them that eventually I got the product I wanted, but it did take extra time out of my schedule, the factory window stickers were never returned or reinstalled, and I paid significantly more than if I had gone elsewhere. Showed the quote, and the shop very reluctantly agreed to the quoted price and accepted payment with an extremely unpleasant manner. Had I not kept the quote, I would have paid up to $100 more. What a scam and unpleasant experience!! Got a ceramic tint done on my CRV, was hoping to keep some heat out and reduce UV exposure and Landon helped me get set up with the right option for my needs. Very friendly folks, done within a few hours, and even provided a loaner car – much appreciated! Tint looks great after a few weeks, no bubbles or scratches and keeps the car cooler. Pre-tax it cost about $500 – not a bad price for the benefits and something I will get done on each subsequent car I own.
