Communication was exceptional and she answered all my questions, gave options and quoted prices for the services. Appointment scheduling was easy, drop off was on time and efficient. I received texts about the status of the vehicle and when to pick it up. Dad’s car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out and it looks like new. We were offered the chance to inspect the work before paying and everything was perfect. Price charged was the agreed upon price, no surprises or up charges, and the service took slightly less time than I expected. I highly recommend Dave’s Detailing! We will definitely be back! Called a week before to see pricing and what went with it. Told her I would call once I got other pricing the following day called 4 times and couldn’t leave a voice mail. Weekend goes by call Monday and schedule for Thursday morning 9am. Drop off truck at 5pm the day before (Wed) they say it will be ready at after 4 hours of work 9am. 12 pm comes and goes. 5 pm rolls on up and I attempt to call them 4 times. Nothing. Get a call back a few minutes later. Oh we we’re very busy and some one didn’t come in. Why didn’t any body call me? Oh man I thought someone did. Only two people work there and one didn’t show up (my fault I guess). Owner didn’t call and person that didn’t show up. They say it will be done the next morning. . I call at 11 am no answer. Call back at get a hold of some one tell them I’m coming in to pick up my truck to take it to zhaeed. Get a call a few min later hey its done ready for pickup. Hahahaha. Truck looked okay. Not amazing not great okay. Then go to pay and he says oh plus this plus this. I say I got 150. Because your person said a 148.00 job. Oh let me take some off. Don’t do me any favors. They are liars and dishonest. Paid the bill and ran DONT GO HERE. FYI to the owners if you don’t mess up in the first place , treat people like they are real and not just cash, and COMMUNICATE maybe you wouldn’t have so many problems. Sorry on a phone. The conditioning the seats and the cleaning the rooms was nice though. Overall I probably could have done better vacuuming it out and getting the dirty out myself, but I don’t have the know how or the tools to condition the seats or clean the rims. The worst part though was that they tried to charge me an extra 50 something dollars more than they quoted me for “the pretty hair” which wasn’t even bad. It was from the previous owner and the was only a little bit. That’s the reason for only two stars. If you want more than two stars don’t tell me one price then try to make me pay more!
