Bill walked me through all of my options, found the best price for me, and installed my equipment better than I ever could have hoped for. After all was said and done Bill called me and told me that he had accidentally misquoted the price and wanted to refund the oversight. He didn’t have to do that, no one would have known, yet he didn’t hesitate to do the right thing for the right reason. . What a refreshing experience we should all learn from. We went in to purchase a camera system for my child’s new car. The gentleman that was helping us showed us his camera. He said, although his camera had a great picture sometimes pulling up the images was a little wonky. He showed us on Amazon what system to buy and that they would install it at a reasonable price. The camera system was less than the one they had at their store. When we had it installed another gentleman found a security system that the rental company had installed before we ever purchase it. The way it was hooked up, if you ever had a dead battery or replace the battery the car would no start. He said since he was already in there he wired our car back to factory at no additional cost. I was very impressed with their honesty and professionalism.
