From the first interaction that involved a quick text to my missed call, to their prompt responses, ease of scheduling, an accommodating waiting room and a team that took care of me like family (even though they’d never met me previously), I could not recommend Solar Glass and Tint more! Jone, up front, was so pleasurable and Sky took great care of me too. A massive shout out goes to Brian, who spent extra time trying to fix a problem on my back windshield. He ultimately couldn’t get it fixed on my first visit and sent me home without charge. I came back in a second time to get my entire back window replaced since the fix hadn’t worked earlier. I received a call shortly after dropping my vehicle with the best news of my week: turns out Brian had done additional research (in between my two appointments) around my problem and ordered a new product to try the fix again …and this time it was successful!!!! Incredible! I am still amazed by the level of care and customer service I received. This company did more than right by the customer and saved me about $400. Thank you, thank you Solar Glass & Tint! Best in class and by far the best deal in Logan for rock chip repairs! I used the Cache Valley Direct Card and had 4 Rock chips repaired for only $25. It would have cost $80+ at Safelite on main. Solar glass and tint is a little hard to find because it sits back off of main. It is right behind Romo’s Mediterranean Grill restaurant. Great customer service from the front desk secretary and the service staff! I was approached by Josh and he helped me get my windshield taken care of immediately. Great place inside with couches to hangout and wait or else you can sit in your car and watch. Highly recommend. 12/27/23 Update: Just replaced my Sienna and Camry windshields and they do free rockchip for the life of the windshield as long as you own the vehicle. They did them both in under 2 hours with appointments set in advance.
