Was looking around for some quotes on getting some windshields replaced on a few vehicles. Sarah instantly responded to my request and was very helpful and knowledgable. She answered every question I had and was just very helpful in this process with her time and patience. She had the best pricing for what they offered out of the other quotes I received. The others I reached out to also didn’t make me feel as important as Sarah did. Brady was the tech that came out to replace the three windshields for my three cars. I honestly thought it was going to be a long day getting them replaced with just himself. But I was very amazed and astonished that it only took him no more than two hours to get all three windshields done by himself without any issues other than it being freezing cold outside. But he did such an amazing perfect job. He was so very nice and answered all the questions I had throughout the process. The wipers he had for one of the cars didn’t fit correctly, so he made time out of his already busy schedule and came back with the correct wipers and installed them in seconds. Such amazing customer service from Sarah and Brady! Sarah even reached out to me the next day to see if I had any questions or any concerns. It’s already been a week from when we had these windshields installed and there hasn’t been any issues. I highly recommend them for needing your windshields replaced. Thanks again Sarah and Brady! The Layton shop technician who did the glass replacement completed the job in less than half the time that was estimated. The final cost total was also less than half of the price that was quoted to me from Safelite. Their price was amazing compared to other places I had looked at. Towards the end of May beginning of June a crack appeared on the passenger side of the windshield that didn’t seem to have an impact point. The crack started to grow bigger and bigger so that now it spreads along about half of the passenger side. I called and was told to bring my car in and they would look at it to determine if it was a stress crack or not. When I took it in a tech looked at it for a few seconds and pointed to a super small spot which looked like where the glass had popped out when it had cracked and was told that was an impact point and that the giant crack was because of a super tiny rock. The supposed impact point didn’t not even have spidering around it meaning a rock the size of a grain of rice would have had to cause my almost 12-inch crack. My windshield lasted me 3 months.
