This business was a stark contrast compared to a business that recently put rhino liner in my bed and treated me like trash. Firstly, they did a great job. My truck looks great. Secondly, the customer service and communication is top notch. Eric communicated and worked with me from when I scheduled my appointment, to when I picked my truck up. He provided me with details on after care and suggested touch-less car washes for me to use, so that the ceramic coat lasts longer. They treated me like I was their number 1 customer and provided an excellent service. Ceramic coating is pricy, but this was well worth the money. If you look around, TipTop has some of the best pricing in the area. This is how a business should be run. Erik did some paint correction and a full ceramic coat. He knows his stuff, treated my vehicle like it was his own, and made those scars disappear. Only problem now is that I’m going to have to change my Bronco’s name from “The Trunchbull” to “Ms. Honey” 🤣. He is unmatched in both the quality of his work and the quality of his character. I really can’t speak highly enough of Erik and Tip Top Detail. Pricing was absolutely fair for the results he delivered. I’ll be going back to Tip Top with all my vehicles. I found Tip Top via Google, who looked highly recommended based on reviews. I am very glad to have found them. I honestly reached out to a few other places but Tip Top was the only one to respond with a text asking the best time to call to review services and pricing. They were prompt, timely, and thorough throughout the process. Their communication was above and beyond before and after service. They were willing to work with my schedule and allow my vehicle to be dropped off the evening before. After service they did a very thorough walkthrough and took the time to field any questions I might have had to make sure I knew what to expect and how to continue to take care of my vehicle after the ceramic coating. My truck looks amazing. I even took the time to park it during sunset and take a photo. We will definitely be bringing our other vehicle to them and look forward to working with them again. If you need an amazing detail, PPF, or ceramic coating I can’t recommend Tip Top enough.
