Author: Jannetha Thon Rating: 5/5 Date: 2/12/2025, 12:58:49 AM Review: Max did an AMAZING job wrapping and ceramic coating my car and was even willing to do extra installs for a great price! I brought him a spoiler, mudflaps, and some wheel covers which he did such an incredible job on installing all. Everything I asked, he was willing and happy to do it. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. He has great pricing and was very easy to work with. Excellent communications skills and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future! —– Author: Jannetha Thon Rating: 5/5 Date: 2/12/2025, 12:58:49 AM Review: Max did an AMAZING job wrapping and ceramic coating my car and was even willing to do extra installs for a great price! Definitely recommend! —– Author: Jairo Morales Gomez Rating: 2/5 Date: 10/5/2024, 2:56:28 AM Review: BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE BEFORE TAKING YOU R CAR HERE! I WOULD LEAVE A 0 STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE! I contact Max for wrapping my 2015 f150 I was super excited I choose the color and everything went good until the next day that I got the truck back, the roof started to bubble up, i noticed dents in the around when the emblems where he tried to remove them, he broke the bed trim, the vynil stared to coming off, the hood has wrinkles marks, the driver door did not lock make the alarm coming off everytime i open my car, there are seams where there aren’t supposed to be. I called him and explained to him what is going on. I demanded his insurance because i did not feel comfortable to take my car back. And he came up with a bunch of excuses. He refused to give me his insurance because it was a cash job. It was not in the books. And he said he can’t not provide it which is illegal for a business to deny insurance to clients. Especially because of their negligence. He agreed fix my car but he still made me pay for materials which was $650 dollars, I took my car again expecting he “fixed” the problems. Also I took my wife’s car to get the windows tinted that same week. When I picked up my wife’s car, he overcharged me. He doubled the price he estimated. He charged me almost 800 dollars, he never mentioned it will be that much in the beginning. When I asked him why so much, when originally he said $299 for carbon $399 for ceramic not including the windshield, hid response was “there’s no proof that I ever said that” I let that slide, and then I picked up my car and it was worse than I imagined. I agreed that he fixed the roof instead of changing it. But he burned the vynil leaving a bunch of holes in there. And legt burn marks. His response was “nobody is going to see it” it really pisses me off because I pay $3600 for a crappy service, I took my car to multiple places and is cheaper changing the whole wrap than fix what he did. I’m a business owner my self and I believe that he won’t stay too long in business with this kind of bullshit jobs. Also at the end he asked me to leave a 5 star review because in his little world he thought he took care of my needs, like if was a favor. I’m seriously thinking of taking legal actions to force him to give me his insurance to get my car fixed or refund me part of what I paid for this bad service. So please don’t take your car here if you don’t want a headache and spend more than your budget. —– Author: Jairo Morales Gomez Rating: 2/5 Date: 10/5/2024, 2:56:28 AM Review: BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE BEFORE TAKING YOU R CAR HERE! I want to start by saying Max and everyone I’ve met at Infinium were really cool. Max was communicative throughout the process. I got progress pictures and videos, and he helped me brainstorm additional customization options so that I’d be as happy as possible. And once I got my car back, I was… for about a month. I started noticing issues all over the place. The wrap was lifting around a few different corners and was bubbling along the side skirt, on each side. Additionally, my rear manufacturer emblem was damaged by the tool they used to remove them. To be fair, Max messaged me about this during the wrap process and gave me the option to either take a cash refund for the cost of a new bumper, or he could order a new bumper and emblem and rewrap them for free. I chose the latter, but the new emblem was the wrong style and came damaged. Not his fault, but annoying. Frustrated, I basically resolved to take the L and order my own emblem on my own dime. Eventually, I started hearing some rattling inside my hatch whenever I would lift it up or put it back down. Turns out there were little plastic pieces floating around in there, some of which fell out. It might be some sort of mounting bracket, but I’m not sure. I’m thinking whoever wrapped my rear bumper and “attempted” to put it back on my car brute forced it and broke that part. Regarding the wrap lifting, I messaged Max for some tips. He apologized and said he must’ve forgotten to post-heat the wrap. He suggested I squeegee the air out or take it to a shop; he offered to help me find shops in my area, but that’s it. I’ve tried the squeegee approach, I’ve tried poking tiny holes to let the air escape, I’ve tried using my own heat gun. They’re spot treatments, but eventually the wrap lifts again. For what it’s worth, I keep the car parked most of the day in a covered garage. The wrap was just laid improperly. There’s nothing that can be done except rewrap it. It’s worth noting, I drove up from LA because the prices were much better. I was only going to be in town for 4-5 days, but Max had assured me that was enough time for him to complete the wrap. Somewhere along the way, one of his employees called in sick, leaving Max to finish a ton of the wrap by himself. To his credit, he pulled an all-nighter to get it done, but I think this is probably where the quality issues stemmed from. For the quality of the work done, I think one star is fair. But I’m bumping it up only because I had a decent experience while I was there. That’s the best I can do. I’m glad others are faring better, but I won’t be back. —– Author: Dawit Elias Rating: 2/5 Date: 7/20/2024, 1:13:13 AM Review: I guess I’m the first and only non-five star review, so take this with a grain of salt.
