From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their efficiency—they got me in right away, and within just a couple of hours, my car was ready to go. Zach was incredibly kind and helpful. It was clear that he values family, which added a personal touch to the experience that you don’t often find. The prices were very affordable, making the whole process even better. While signing in, I noticed they have a nice, comfortable lobby to relax in, but if you prefer, you can always come back when your car is ready. Overall, I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for quality, trustworthy service. Swapped out our cracked windshield in about an hour. I don’t know how they do it, but every sticker, etc, is back in the same place, and you can’t tell at all that they were ever removed from another windshield. The staff is so nice and helpful. Comfortable waiting area. Pricing was better than expected, as well. After discussing with them, they said it would come off. Fast forward to a call later in the day telling me it was harder than they thought and it would take extra time. Car was ready next afternoon and they billed me the quoted price! I know it took at least 2 hours longer, so I voluntarily increase the payment, but it was worth it for the quality installation and the quick turnaround! Houston freeways are notorious for creating rock chips that spider into cracks in no time in this heat. I replaced my husband’s windshield on his car as well as mine almost 3 years ago with them. They were $250 each (a Honda Accord and a Nissan Rogue), which was a great price. My husband no longer has the Honda and needed an estimate for his current car (a Lincoln Towncar). They quoted the new windshield which includes installation at $275, still reasonable pricing after 3 years. Staff is just as friendly and helpful as they were 3 years ago. Great communication let me know beforehand how much exactly it was going to be and their price beats everywhere around town by 200 to 300 bucks. The man I talked to his name was Zack. Very sweet man he understood I was paying outta pocket and let me keep my vehicle there for a few days after it was already done so I could gather the money. Honestly I was surprised it was done so quickly!! I highly recommend this place if you want a fair price and good people working on your vehicles. Also they take any insurance I just so happen to not be able to get coverage from my insurance for different reasons. Anyways come here for quality work! Thanks if I have any other glass work done I’m definitely coming here y’all were great!!
