I contacted Glass Doctor as soon as they opened, because the recommended shops through my insurance had 2 or more day waiting to get an appointment. They scheduled me for 2:00 that afternoon to have the glass installed. My truck has a lot of accessories that made it difficult for an easy removal of the rear glass. No complaining, they just got it done. I am very happy with the result and the price was very affordable. The staff were very knowledgeable and super friendly. This franchise also offers a year warranty on windshield glass. Not only did he beat them in price but he has a one year warranty on your windshield no matter what happens to it chips or cracks. That’s standing by your work! Shawn at the front desk is very friendly and on top of what’s going on. This is how business used to be done. Called and got a quote, and had my car in to be repaired within a few days. I feel the price was reasonable. It was way more affordable than going through my insurance to have it fixed. The staff was professional. I like the 1 year warranty, with chips and cracks fixed, and windowsheild replacement should it crack again. My car was vacuumed for me and the all the windows cleaned. She is very welcoming in person as well. There is a nice clean waiting area with clean restrooms if needed. Josh explained the process replaced my standard windshield with no programming needed in less than an hour. My truck was cleaner when I left than when I arrived. He cleaned all the windows and vacuumed. The end product is just what I asked for at a competitive price.
