Review: I was wanting to upgrade the stereo system to have Carplay in my 2014 Ford Explorer, and a friend recommended Crow Concepts. They were very knowledgeable, and we discussed several options to get what I wanted. Once we decided on an upgrade path, they kept in touch as the parts arrived, and when I took my vehicle in, they immediately went to work on the upgrade, having the work done within an hour of when I dropped the vehicle off. The pricing beat out the do it yourself kits I found online, and I could depend on them to do the work. Everything has worked flawlessly since I did the upgrade also. They even left on the film covering the new screen. They also gave me back the unit that was replaced, wrapped up in bubble wrap. I was impressed at every step of the process. Definitely worth the price and time expended.

Review: They would be nice if they were not as rude to the customer. They have to understand that many people don’t understand what they’re looking for and want suggestions. But anytime I call and request info, they talk to you as if you’re dumb. For this reason, I will never give them business.

Review: These guys are the best! They have done work for me ranging from boat speakers to truck back up cameras.
They have been very easy to work with, well priced, and provide a great level of customer service. Even taking the time to rework and rewire a previously done installment from another company.
