I called them initially to have my windshield replaced, which seemed like a simple task. Little did I know that it would turn into a series of frustrating events. Firstly, when the technicians arrived at my location on Thursday, June 8th, they showed up with a windshield for a 2014 F-150 not the 2108 I requested. This basic error already indicated a lack of attention to detail and proper preparation. I was forced to reschedule the installation, wasting my valuable time. Thinking that this was just an isolated mistake, I decided to give them another chance. I rescheduled the install for Wednesday, June 14th. I even went the extra mile by stopping by their office to ensure they had the correct windshield on the order and confirm the new installation appointment. I believed that this proactive step would prevent any further mishaps. However, today, Wednesday, June 14th, when I called to inquire about the scheduled installation, I was shocked to hear that they had no record of me or my appointment. It was clear that their lack of organization and communication was causing unnecessary inconvenience to their customers. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they had the audacity to ask me to bring in my vehicle and wait for an indefinite period for them to “try” to get to it. I expressed my disappointment and frustration, highlighting the fact that they had already screwed up twice. Yet, they expected me to inconvenience myself even further by going to their location and waiting for an uncertain period. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable and reflects a complete disregard for their customers’ time and satisfaction. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this glass company for any of your needs. Their incompetence, lack of organization, and poor customer service make them an unreliable and frustrating choice.
