Review: If you are looking for an honest shop for similar windshield replacment or glass repair needs, this is the place to come, best customer service and Leo and his team were excellent! Review: Needed a few doors at my newly-leased warehouse office replaced after a previous break-in. Jim came right out to give take a basic look at the job and write up a general estimate. After approval to move forward, Jim came back out with one of his crew to take detailed measurements and make any revisions to the estimate. Great attention to detail! As we moved forward, one of the doors was very oddly sized and was going to take a while to come in. Jim stayed in constant contact about how long that was going to take and when it came in early, he immediately let me know and scheduled installation. When the team came out for the installation, it was quick and efficient. When they were done, there were a few issues with the hardware put on the doors, but a quick call to Jim had the crew back out within a few days, even while I was out of town, to get the problem corrected to 100% satisfaction. I’m a home service contractor myself and even though I know it’s true, this experience proved: you get what you pay for! Choose the right contractor so you only have to do it once! The Glass Shop has a customer for life!
