This was my first experience with having Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coating, and Interior Protection Film installed on a vehicle and the staff at XPEL SA were fantastic, especially Karina (thank you for being so patient, courteous, and explaining everything so well)! I chose XPEL SA for three main reasons after contacting four other highly rated installers and discussing their products, pricing, and reviewing their previous work online: 1) Reading the online reviews and looking at previous installs made me feel comfortable with the quality of their work. 2) Customer service, from first contact to when I picked up my car, has been excellent. They took the time to answer all of my questions and worked with me on various options before scheduling; they didn’t have kits for all areas/parts on my 2022 Mazda 3 HB Turbo PP, such as the OEM Front Air Dam and Side Sill Extensions/Skirts, so they offered to bring in the design team at no extra cost to design those kits, which enables them to provide for future Mazda 3 owners with similar options. They kept me updated during the 4 day install process and once complete, ensured I was satisfied and well-informed on aftercare and maintenance. 3) As the corporate installation center for some of the most highly rated products in the industry, I believed that they would offer premier service & installs and take care of any issues down the road. The work consisted of Two Step Paint Correction, Ultimate Fusion PPF Full Front & Rocker Panel, Fusion Plus Ceramic Coating Full Exterior (except PPF areas), and Interior PPF Infotainment Screen & Gloss/Piano Black Panels (Center Console & Door Trim). Admittedly, there was a bit of sticker shock as the entire order was fairly expensive (especially for someone new to these products), but I know it was priced very competitively with other highly rated installers in SA. I also really appreciated that they offered a military discount.
