Communication was ok and price was great. They installed a few light kits and camera system on my slingshot. After I got the work done is why this review is 2 starts and that’s being kind. They stopped responding to my calls and texts. The light kit on the wheels came off and the camera system never worked. John asked me to send a couple of photos of the remote to him and he figured out which alarm system I had. I dropped by, he looked at it, found that the problem was not with the alarm system, but was related to the old factory system, and he fixed it on the spot. Took him about 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable and first rate. I will be making an appointment with him to upgrade my entire system, and do a few other custom features and tweaks as well. My experience was excellent. UPDATE: March 2024 – I went back and had a new alarm system installed and dash cam hardwired in. All went well and lots of special attention was paid to getting it right. I was referred to John by another shop and he came through for me in spades. He not only repaired my son’s door lock actuator on his Honda but John also buffed his fogged over head lights at no extra charge! He also advised me as to where I could buy the parts at the best price possible. If that wasn’t enough when I brought my truck in for some extra lighting I wanted installed on the tailgate he offered to buff the headlights on my truck at no extra charge as well. After going through every internet suggestion for disarming it, I decided to have it removed. I must have called seven or eight mobile mechanics and they don’t deal with alarms. I tried to find a mobile alarm service when I gave Elite a call. Within the hour John came out and removed my car alarm making my car drivable again. I paid exactly the price he quoted me over the phone too. This is a great place and John is a great person to deal with.
