The employees were very friendly. Only complaint is service dept. Is more expensive than the dealer I normally go to. Update, been hounded by them the last few yrs. I’ve asked over and over for them to stop calling and texting me. I’m not interested, but they still do it it is driving me insane. I don’t know what to do anymore. Fkn ridiculous to keep bothering someone that is clearly not interested. This is the reason people hate the car buying experience. I tried to buy a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership today and was a bit shocked with the blatant disregard for quality service, truth, and the law. They tried to add thousands of dollars to the online listed price because it was a cash transaction. I was told that the online price was only valid for financing clients that “agreed” to additional products and services presented in the finance office. To clarify, just to be certain what I was hearing, I asked again. “So your telling me that if I walked in the store right now with a check to pay cash for the car, and didn’t want to buy any additional products, then the price would be different”? Ray, the GSM, confirmed that either i pay the adds or they simply wouldn’t sell me the car. So, systemically from leadership all the way down, this is an environment of deception and lawlessness and the reason car dealerships are labeled “crooks” and rightfully so. Isn’t it illegal to make the sell/price of a vehicle contingent on the purchase of additional option products that you didn’t ask for or don’t want? On this particular occasion I actually did not go to the dealership. But in dealing with the team by phone I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price. I ended up with more than I expected and I am thrilled with Wikinson Chevrolet and Tim Phillips our salesman. It was tremendous working with them and getting all we did with no hidden fees like others had done.

I’m very happy with my purchase considering I came all the way from Corpus Christi as they were the only dealer in the area who could find me exactly what I was looking for in a Trax.
