When the speakers blew the Amp blew. They’re great guys who’ve got their craft mastered. Installations look great and prices are right. I’ve even had horrible experiences. Vernon, was at the shop. Answered my questions. Even talk to me out of getting a more expensive radio set up, knowing that I would not need it. That’s the type of sales and service that is there. Staff is great. The prices when I looked them up, we’re just a little bit more than if I bought it myself. The labor charge was the lowest I got priced. They care that you have a good experience. They care that. Everything is done well. They care about you and not just how much you’re going to spend. Talk about refreshing. They are even willing to fix, what another radio, navigation, backup camera installer left undone. That tells you something. I will definitely be back. My experience there was anything but that. From changing the price to damaging my truck. Then lying about what happened. They spoke to me as if I were stupid when I called them out. They cut wires in my rear door on accident I guess but then gave me a lame excuse. Left off the window panel on the same door. There are wires exposed. My aunts car was there for tint. She wanted them at 25%. One window is at 7 another is 22, etc. My aunt wears glasses and is an elder. She cant see very well at night. And Vernon will not reimburse for the missing parts, repair/retint the windows, or take accountability for poor service. I spent 7,000 in this place and cannot even get an apology for screwing up my truck.
