I must say, Dean’s is one of the most professional and courteous shops I have ever dealt with. I took my car in on the scheduled day, and by the next day I had received a call about the repairs needed. Every day afterwards, I would get a call from Dean about the status on my car. In the end, the work done was absolutely what I wanted and price was more than fair. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go. Come to find out that where I had purchased tires they did not tighten bolts. Dean’s crew did not catch it until second visit. Second time I went to Dean’s window switch broken. He quoted me $ 274 dollars to replace switch. Doing some research I found the part on Amazon for $25 and it took less than 6 minutes to install. Initially I thought Dean to be an honest fair man but when I was quoted that price for that service I was incredibly dismayed. Why do most mechanics take advantage of female customers?
