Their service is outstanding, yet their prices are quite reasonable. High marks to John, Caleb, and Tyler. They are true gentlemen. And of course, my hat it off to their owner, Mark, who has created a fine business. Too many other companies doing the same thing. Hopefully less rudely… Showed up at my appointment, then the debacle started – was there less than 5 minutes. Strike 1 = I asked for a package displayed on the wall – REP replied “we don’t have that package anymore” and then did not tell me how much the package they do offer was going to cost, I agreed anyway… Strike 2 = I requested specific tint darkness – REP replied “I don’t think we carry this in the store………..maybe I should go check” uhh, yep you should. They only had something close, I agreed anyway… Strike 3 = Asked if the brow would be 8% – “we don’t do 8% on eyebrows” THEN WHAT DO YOU OFFER?!?!!? I AM NOT A TINT EXPERT BUT APPARENTLY I AM SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT YOU OFFER FOR WHAT PRICE AND AT WHAT DARKNESS BEFORE I GET TO YOUR STORE. I left. I called because I’d originally scheduled to have a subwoofer and amp installed at Best Buy but the tech there called and told me he couldn’t do it. I’d waited for weeks for this appointment only for them to cancel the day of. So then I reached out to Tint World in Hutto and they were able to get me in the same day! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the company is successful and well known. I can tell they stand by their work. Installation did not take long and the setup was flawless. Price was fair as well. They are also more familiar with Teslas than anyone else in the area. Ridiculous prices!!! 600.00 before taxes for one of my cars?? And I asked to remove rear back tint and put new one on the back window. “Cheapest tint they have” quoted at 300.00 before taxes!!! He tried to upsell me and ultimately told me to go somewhere else when I asked availability for the following week. I am glad I went with the 5% in the rear windows! Tint World was reasonably priced, offered a military discount and provided a comfortable work space while I waited.
