Long story: We bought a brand new car and after 3 months, we decided to get the windows tinted; we were recommended this place by a family friend. To sweeten the deal, we found a Groupon for this place. Before purchasing the deal, I called and asked questions. We wanted all of the car windows to be tinted and the deal only covered the back half of the car so I asked the price for getting the front windows tinted. After asking me the details of the car, they gave me the price. I specifically told them that my front windows are split and they said that they would tint them at that given price. When I got there on the day of the appointment, they told me that they were going to charge double that because of the split in the window. I told them that I spoke to someone and they knew this and gave me this price but they would not honor it. This was the first red flag but I ignored it and just told them to leave the front window and just do the back as we had driven 55 minutes to get to this place. When the tint job was completed and I got to see the car, I was so disappointed. The back seat had a huge wet spot where I assume they put the spray bottle. I went in and they didn’t apologize or anything and just handed me paper towels and told me to dry it. Since we had a party to attend, I quickly dried the seat and we left. When we arrived at the party and I was getting the kids out, I noticed water stains under the windows. This made me really upset. I called Pulse Audio right away and they just told me to clean it with a cleaner. Again, no apologies or anything. I think they cut corners (maybe because they knew I used a Groupon) and didn’t bother using the plastic that normal places use to protect the upholstery of the car. I started texting with them to figure out how to remove the water stain because after it dried, my brand new car looked awful. At first they told me to bring the car back so they could fix the issue. I told them that would be difficult as I lived 55 minutes away and quite honestly, I didn’t trust them with my car. Very quickly, I was ghosted and they stopped responding to my texts. I was not compensated for them ruining my new car; I didn’t even get a simple sorry, NOT EVEN ONCE! PS: The picture does not do justice to the stain. They told me a few aftercare details and put a pamphlet in my car as well as carefully took my toll tag and registration sticker off and then put them back on! I took it the first time and they left a huge bubble on my rear windshield. I had to drive all the way back a second time in order to get it fixed. I had called a few days prior to taking it and they told me to go on a Wednesday. When I showed up the receptionist tried to send me home by telling me I needed an appointment. She also had a bad attitude and was rude. The first time I had it done I noticed a bunch of tiny bubbles and they told me it would go away within a couple days. After the second time I got it done it still has the small bubbles and they never went away. For the price and the hassle it’s not worth coming here. For the response to the owner: I did not come in last minute I came in before y’all even opened the first time, and the second time I came in at 9 AM. So I don’t understand why you’re saying I came last minute. If y’all are an appointment based business, then that should have been communicated with me through the phone considering I was polite enough to call first before heading over there. That is a fault on yalls communication. I was not rude I simply came in saying I needed it fixed and the receptionist had a bad attitude. As a business you should make sure your workers provide the best service possible instead of going after the customers. I was referred by someone thinking I would get a good job done NOT with the intention to “burn” y’all with pictures or bad intentions. Why would I drive 30 minutes from my house just to shame a business? You look unprofessional by blaming the age of my car on the quality of y’all’s work, I’ve seen cars older than mine with a much better job done.
