I do take exception with companies that don’t build in the cost of doing business in to their pricing. They charge $12 dollars for shop supplies when they ring you up. Money straight to the bottom line. The irony is when driving home the leather on my door panels had marks that showed where liquid had run down the panel. I attempted to handle this amicably but instead was cut off mid sentence voicing my concerns to Mike at the shop. Absolutely horrible service, improper install and price gouging. I will be reporting them to the BBB where I will provide further proof that the service performed was not properly done and although paying in full they refuse to correct the work that was done. We did not get what we paid for and have been so rudely handled by the representatives at this shop. For a customer that has spent thousands of dollars here I would have expected far superior service.
