Review: First few years great job. Last year they changed procedure and would not store our lights & wreaths. Price was higher, plus not pleased with early options to have lights up by end of October. I will be using another company for this 2023. Never used for window washing price quoted higher than other companies.

Very POOR job of clean up…… dirt scraps all over patio and furniture, plus water from soaking was left without cleaning up.

Review: How do I begin!…. First of all they did a great job cleaning my windows. The customer service is top-notch including Sasha in the office. Sasha is very responsive, has a great attitude, and a bubbly personality. The text that came out to clean my windows, which was a first time cleaning were very nice, they introduced themselves, and answered any questions I had. My power in my garage went out due to water getting in one of the outside GCFI outlets while the windows were getting cleaned (which definitely is something my husband and I need to get take care of on our home owner part). This was at no fault of the technicians at all. In the garage we have a deep freezer, our main internet hub, and a tankless water heater which is electric. So once the power in the garage went out all of those other things went out as well. I work from home, so due to the Internet going out is stopped me from working, which is he I realized the owner in garage went out. To make a long story short, I contacted Sasha in the office regarding what happened and she in turn contacted the general manager John. John came out to the house no more than 10 or 15 minutes later, to find out what the problem was. John saw that it was one of the outside outlets that had gotten water inside of the case due to needing sealant or cement around the case to keep water (rain/snow/etc) out. John took time out to unscrew the plate in that particular outlet, dry it out so that I could get my Internet back up and running,, the hot water heater back to working, and deep freezer back running. John also diagnosed my problem which is something that my husband needed to do in order to keep water out. The general manager definitely went over and beyond, and I definitely appreciate it. When I told John that I appreciate him because he definitely did not have to do what he did. His response to me was I definitely did, I never want to leave a customer hanging. Long story short (LOL) I will definitely be using them again for all of my window cleaning needs, and I highly recommend them. Thank you again to the window genie team (the techs, Sasha, and John)! Great teamwork!
