For the car, they come to you! which is awesome and so convenient. Ben has been my tech for both instances and upon meeting him you realize pretty quickly that he is a friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy guy. After filling out the inquiry form on their website you’ll get a text or email from them. From there they’ll answer any and all questions you have about price, types of tint ( will provide you specs and links to the tint manufacturers website) and any other concerns you may have. When they are finished, you’re sent an invoice that can be paid with credit card. The tint came out really nice, there is a very noticeable difference inside the vehicle now with the ceramic tint installed. Ben was on time and was able to set up fast and get to work. I did notice a few imperfections on the rear window a few days later and reached out. They scheduled another service to come fix the rear window tint, free of charge! For the great customer service and quality of materials, it is worth the price!
