Review: This has been the worst car audio installation I’ve ever gone through. Raul will quote you a price over the phone then when there he will jack up the price. I even described to a “T” what needed to get done and he charged more than $200 over the price he quoted me. After telling him we had discussed a price already he “lowered” the price some. He cracked the screen on my new stereo while installing, yes he owned up to it and said he will replace it but now I have to go back and waste another day out there. I get home and notice the fuse box cover is missing. I normally go to Car Performance Audio in Waxahachie and regret coming to this gentleman very much. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone unless you want be dissatisfied with the end product. I now have to take my truck back so he can replace the stereo, did he offer to lower the price any for his mistake? No. This is a huge inconvenience. This is a lesson learned and I most definitely won’t be doing any sort of business with this person and again I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. He also leaves a mess, didn’t clean up after himself at all.
