I said it was not a problem paying more but I didn’t realize that the back two have not been done yet, and he says I don’t have time for you so you can go somewhere else! They answer the phone like they just want to be done with the phone call, and they don’t bother providing their names so you can reference who you spoke with. My wife made an appointment back on Friday (9/10) for Today 9/14 at 1pm. I called back about an hour after that to change it to 2pm so I could make arrangements at work to be available. The man on the phone did confirm it was set. Now, with the tropical storm I wasn’t sure if they would be open. Since they didn’t bother to get full name and contact information from me at the time of scheduling the appointment, I knew they would not be contacting me if they were closed and/or if my appointment was cancelled. So, I called this morning to make sure they were fully operational. The young lady that answered the phone confirmed they were operating as normal. It’s time to go to my appointment to which again, I took time off and my wife moved her lunch to 2 hours later also. And, they tell me no one is there to do the tinting on my vehicle and that I’m not even on the schedule. The schedule in question is by handwritten calendar, which is fine if it were being updated properly. It would be much more efficient to use a free calendar app that could be updated the moment someone calls. I would strongly advise going somewhere else that can provide adequate service and the sense to utilize a better scheduling system to which they seem to be lacking completely. I chose this company, because my wife got her tint there for a reasonable price and quick turnaround earlier this year. The customer service then was still lacking, but at least they provided the service they “scheduled” for her. I wish I would have received that same courtesy.
