Review: I called to get a quote for back and front windows and was shocked at how reasonable the price was. It was astronomically cheaper then safelite. I got to my appointment a few days later and it took less than two hours for both windows. Will always recommend Done Right!!!

Review: I was referred on Friday. Leo answered and gave me a quote and scheduled me to come in the next day. Service was professional. When your vehicle needs a unplanned repair it can be stressful. The environment was pleasant, the guys were professional. And the price was doable. It’s refreshing to see people who want to work and seem to enjoy and know what they are doing. Thank you!

Review: Took my car in to replace my driver’s door window that was shattered. Alden was very helpful and got it taken care of quickly at a reasonable price. I went back with what I thought was a small crack in the windshield that turned out to be resin. I haven’t seen good customer service like that in awhile.

Review: EXCELLENT customer service!! Alden stayed on the phone with me to answer all my questions and concerns; even though it was shop closing hours. His willingness to help, his level of knowledge, and most importantly….. his honesty; UNPARALLELED! I’m a pain in the hiney sometimes🤣🤣
I’m pretty particular on what I want. Not only did Alden exceed my standards; the whole crew came through! Steel, Stephen, Jeremy, and Jesus did a fantastic job tinting my F150 Platinum and replacing my windshield. They were able to accomplish both of those things in three hours!!! It was quality professional work done in lightning fast time! The windshield glass was not the cheap stuff either. They made sure to give me a quality product as well as quality service. If you can please me, then you can please anyone! If you’re out there in the market for auto glass and/or auto tinting…. DONE RIGHT AUTO GLASS in Denton is your first and only choice!

Review: Rude service. I called to ask if they had plastic covers for beds (moving and needed a bed protector) the woman says yes so I drive the 23 miles to the shop. Once I get there a man comes out and asks how he can help me. I tell him I am here to pick up the plastic mattress covers. He said, ” Oh you have to go to my other shop. All the calls get forwarded to that shop.” Turns out this shop is another 30 miles down the road (only 7 miles from where we started!!!) We get there and we may as well been the bastatd children. Nobody cared to help us. It took us over 15 mins to get checked out because the workers were too busy chatting behind the counter making fun of customer on the phone. Real professional guys! NOT!!
