We’re on a budget, so this $300+ decision was not taken lightly — the reviews of other satisfied customers saying that their cars were “like new” after a cleaning is what convinced us. Unfortunately, the service we received didn’t quite meet our expectations (given the price). Although we were pleased with the improvements to the carpet and ceiling (many stains were removed), several hard surfaces, including several compartments, were not touched. This layer of grime and dust that we had to scrub off ourselves was disappointing. Edit: carpets looked clean but were loaded with dirt. We pulled them out and had to beat them with a bat and vacuum them. We assumed a proper vacuuming job would be included at the price we paid. Owner and employees were great to talk to and explained everything they would do for my needs 🙏 I was able to pick my car up that afternoon. When it was done I got a text letting me know, and they had an option to pay online before heading there. That was very convenient. They did an awesome job on the full detail and shampoo ☺️ value, convenience, time from drop off to pick up, and quality of work was fair priced. I’ll definitely come back again!
