They gave me a ride to my workplace after I dropped my vehicle off. They picked me up when their work was finished. They cleaned all the windows on my vehicle and vacuumed it as well at no extra charge. This is a small local family owned glass repair shop. They have reasonable prices. I was greeted promptly and friendly. They explained everything that they were going to do and they did extras like cleaning all my glass windows and putting on a new windshield wiper and also vacuumed my car out a little. Russ/ Ross (?) was very kind to my mom and above all PATIENT , and flexible about getting us in and explaining everything to us . Price is right and you feel you’re getting priority service you don’t get when you’re just a number to a huge company . Thank you!
