While waiting for our new 2023 Cadillac Escalade to get produced, I did my normal research and looked at several auto detailing shops. After speaking a couple of times with Sebastian, I knew he and his shop is who I wanted to go with to care for our brand new vehicle. My initial meeting with Sebastian lasted better than 30 minutes on the phone where he explained a lot to me about his process and educated me on things I did not know about when it came to PPF and Ceramic Coatings. Because he spent this time with me I got to feel very comfortable with Sebastian and we kept in touch for several weeks while we waited for our vehicle to be delivered to us. Once we had a date, I communicated it to Sebastian and he was able to get us in to install a full front PPF and ceramic coating on the entire area of our new ’23 Escalade. Even meeting him at the shop, I was able to see much of his work on many very nice cars and he showed me the fine details. In addition to the PPF and Ceramic coating he was able to help me with my desire to have our wheels powder coated gloss black. Those turned out even better than I thought they would. They simply looked fantastic! All in all our experience with Sebastian and Southwest Auto Shield was first class. The prices for the various services he can provide is very competitive and his customer service and communication are second to none. Thank you Sebastian for your great service, communication and craftsmanship and making our new vehicle look amazing and treating is as if it was your own. The prices quoted are also very reasonable with great after sales service. Car was delivered with excellent results! Sebastian was friendly, efficient and maintained good contact to keep us updated on the progress on our car. We needed a little paint touch up to be done and they had a contact to help with that too.
