I have 3 young kids and it was in desperate need of some help.. to say the least. From start to finish, it was very clear to me that this company is a cut above. The office was bright, clean, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and acknowledged my presence (this is rare anymore!), and the detail put into every step just from booking to the point that I was handing off my key fob was honestly so impressive. Everything was explained in depth, but somehow also in a way an average person like me could fully understand. Now, for the actual service! They squeezed me in last minute this weekend for.. to put it nicely.. the works. My car needed so much TLC. They never made me feel like I was “less than” for needing the extent of the service done that I was asking for. I told them not to worry about the outside, I really just needed the inside taken care of. Fast forward to today at pickup.. they washed the outside in addition to everything else. Again, a CUT ABOVE. They brainstormed together to come up with a game plan for me to feel proud of my vehicle (and steps we can take to achieve this), the technicians made me feel right at home and to put a bow on this positive experience-the owner refilled my bone dry wiper fluid reservoir before I left. An entire jug. The customer service here is truly unmatched-I have no other words for it! They squeezed me in the same day that I called, kept my car overnight, & did an awesome job preparing it to be sold. They were also flexible when I informed them that I had just replaced the windshield & it couldn’t get wet. Every time I reached out they were kind & helpful. In the end they offered to deliver my car back to me to help with my hectic schedule. Such amazing customer service! For more than one reason I will recommend this company to everyone! We are from out of town and bought a used truck that was in much need of an interior detail for the drive home. We are very happy with the results of the interior detail and very happy with the customer service of Extreme Detail.
