They are condescending to their customers. They have no regard for your business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This time I wanted to buy 2 windshields at the same time, one new car and 1 racecar that they did repeatedly and my other street car. I asked if he can honor the same price he charged previous 2 times and he got mad for no reason and told me to go to safelite. I told him I am willing to pay price increase but he still was mad for no reason. I will take my business else where for my racecar that will need new glass periodically.
