Tint World in Mt. Juliet

From the start, the staff was kind, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. They truly take the time to educate their customers and ensure they get the best option for their needs. For my vehicle, I originally chose 55% ceramic tint on the front windshield and 5% on the sides and back. After about two weeks, I realized that 55% wasn’t dark enough—it allows more light in than I expected, and visibility inside the car is higher than I prefer. If you’re used to traditional dyed tints, which appear darker, I recommend going with 35% or lower for better privacy. Ceramic tint maintains a truer, more natural color rather than an artificially darkened appearance. When I decided to go darker, Tint World was very accommodating. They waived the removal fee and only charged me their standard $200 (before tax) to retint the front windshield at 35%, which I appreciated. While the price is on the higher side, it was a valuable learning experience, and their willingness to work with me showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. After about two weeks, I noticed a few small bubbles in the back glass, but when I brought it up to them, they immediately offered to inspect it and either push them out or replace the tint if necessary. This level of customer care and attention to detail really stood out to me, proving that they stand behind their work and prioritize quality. Overall, Tint World – Mount Juliet delivers top-tier service, high-quality ceramic tinting, and excellent customer support. I’ll definitely be using them for future upgrades on my 2022 Mustang Fastback. The manager, Cole, took time to explain the process and answer my many questions, even though it was just before closing when I arrived. The shop was very nice and clean as was the install area. And their price was very competitive with other shops I visited. The week after I took delivery of my car I made an appointment and dropped it off to Cole. When I picked it up I was amazed how good the PPF and ceramic coating made it look. The install was top notch. I wanted to get my oldie but goodie 1994 Del Sol in to get detailed, buff & wax. They were willing to give it a try but knowing how old it is they were not sure how it would go. Appreciate their honesty. Once they got it in they sent me pics on my cars progress and followed up with great communication & calls. Unfortunately, the paint on my car had no clear on it so I was unable to use Tint World at this time but will be back if I ever need their services.
