The tint job was quick and professional. The pricing is also more than reasonable. I did not know it had a layer of clear tint on the back window. No biggie. Instead of teaching me (the customer) about the clear tint and informing me that they do not remove tint, the receptionist along with the guy who I assume was going to apply the tint, laughed among each other and said “nah you gotta go”. Terrible customer service and lazy workers. That means the second and third time I had to get someone to follow me so I wouldn’t have to sit for hours and wait. They claimed it was because it was tax time. I didn’t use tax money but if I did what’s the difference. Customer service, just any service in general is always supposed to be up to par. The girl that works in the office is rude, she acts like she hates her job.
