Review: First off we started with a remote start for my wife and I and he found what I wanted. A remote start we could use our factory key fob. (So annoying to have an extra fob in your pocket) Mike did an amazing job on that. Job two my back up camera messed up on my Ram 2500 crew cab long bed. He ran me a whole new system with a 10 inch screen under $1000. Great service and affordable prices. Can’t go wrong with Mike! He’s the man and his horse/dog at the shop is pretty awesome too! 😎

Review: After getting a suggestion from my brother, he had met and worked with the owner, Mike, at another location and said he had a radio/window tint business in Hixson,Tn. I went to High Caliber Auto Sound and Tint and met Mike. He suggested a Sony unit and scheduled a date for the install the following week stated it would take approximately 1 hour to complete the installation, which it did. The unit looked great except the supplier had sent a black matte finish cover plate and I really wanted the gloss finish. Mike said he would order the correct one and call me when it came in and offered to meet me close to my home and install it for me. He met me today and installed the new face plate. I am more than pleased with the quality of his work and excellent customer service. Mike-Ringgold,Ga.

Review: I have not done business with them, but wanted to leave a review of tue phone call I had with them. I was trying to get information on the sound system I had, which I had bought somewhere else, and the guy who answered the phone really took his time to answer my questions, and was super friendly and knowledgeable. It goes a long way to have good costumer service, and if I ever have any audio needs, I’m doing business with these guys.

Review: Their name definitely fits them. Could not have asked for better service than what I received. My new radio has been having issues since installed in December. Have returned several times and they have gone above and beyond to get the issues resolved. I bet if they ever see a 2015 Chevy Suburban come in again wanting a new radio they will think twice before doing it. Have never had better Customer Service from any place like High Caliber Auto Sound. Would recommend them to any one. Thank you for your dedication to getting my radio fixed.
