Chad with Jarhead Autoglass came out to my residence in Farragut to replace my windshield and also pointed out a few screws and things that were missing ( he fixed) .. on a Sunday mind you, because that was the only day I was available. If you’re looking for someone who is punctual, dependable and knowledgeable- this is your go to. Great pricing too! He contacted us on the way to our home to let us know when he would arrive. He is awesome! He was very professional, timely, and did a great job! His pricing was excellent, and we were very pleased. We would highly recommend him if needed for windshield repair or replacement. We found out on Tuesday we had death in family and needed to head back to Ohio on Friday. We called several windshield replacement companies and no one could schedule us in this week. We called Chad Wednesday morning and he not only ordered the replacement windshield, he installed on Thursday afternoon to make sure we could travel north with a safe windshield!
