Review: Used this service for the first time today on my SUV. Had a pretty good experience. The exterior detail and engine bay look great. As far as the interior detail goes, it looks like the inside of my windows and windshield as well as one section of my center console were missed and not cleaned. I assume they were missed by accident because we bought the full detail service. However, despite these two areas, I do feel like we were charged a fair price for the work.
One additional reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that our appointment window was 11:00am-2:30pm, but the car was not ready for pickup until 5:00pm.

Review: Called in about a scuff I made on my truck. Got a quote right away & sent a photo to confirm price. He didn’t switch the price up on me at checkout which is always a plus. He was super friendly, & got it buffed out in just under 20 minutes. Looks great, & I will definitely be returning for some detail work!

Review: Unbeatable service at unbeatable prices. Everyone there was super nice. Their work is what really stands out. I wish I would have taken before pictures of my wife’s van. It was a mess beyond belief, along with smoke smell. After picking up the van today it looks, and more importantly smells, like it did the day we bought it! Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back!

Ammended It Myself on 02-06-2022.
I so badly want to give this place 5 stars! Nice, nice people. They had my vehicle for over 48 hours. Inside, my black Ford Flex looks dull, and like someone used a dirty rag to clean off my mirrors and shiny surfaces (inside my vehicle). Again, I believe these folks are good people…but…I SCHEDULED an appointment, and they just let too many other people in front of me!!! Due to my patience and understanding, my vehicle kept being pushed to the back of the line-up. My kids waited and waited and waited to retrieve my vehicle while these folks finished the detail.
While a 20 percent discount was given for my inconvenience (two entire days plus a long wait for finalizing work on the car)…the fact I AM going over the work and polishing out smudges is concerning.
I found missed detailed spots inside the driver’s side door…which should have been resolved. While I may give this highly rated company one more chance, I did not feel like I got what I paid for, really.
When you make a special appointment…when you are told the car will be returned the same day to you, as a customer, but two days later you realize all kinds of other cars were given more attention than your own.. there is so little incentive to return.
We own seven vehicles. I wanted to take all of them there. My Special Model Shiny Black Ford Flex (which I baby) came back far less than stunning. I thought the leather interior should look like it had been conditioned.
Honestly, these are good people who I want to support with my dollars. But they failed me on my one experience with them.
I have a Lincoln Continental I want detailed next, but I feel really concerned about taking anything to them.
For an award winning business, I guess I thought I’d get an award winning detail. I did not.
My heart wants to give these folks a second chance, but my wallet says not to do so.
Maybe my experience was a fluke. I just felt like I should not have to polish the inside of our vehicle right after a full inside and outside detail.
Perhaps I will try these folks one more time…not sure…
