Upon arrival I decided to add the windshield strip which brought my total to $245. I arrived and the service was performed. I’m giving you all 3 stars because you should make customers aware of fees. I was charged a extra $12.25 for shop supplies that you all did not tell me would be included in the price. I gave the lady behind the desk my card. She did not make me aware of any fees associated with using my card. I was charged a extra $9.88 for service fee on using a card. That is beyond crazy, and false advertising at its best. BAD BUSINESS, and correction I never had two appointments. Only one, and I canceled it 2 weeks before time because I wasn’t gone to be in town that week. Furthermore, I never said I wasn’t satisfied with the work. I simply said it is bad business to not make customers aware of any extra fees!!!!!! Please don’t lie on me sweetie. I wasn’t late for my appointment. I was actually there beforehand. Please be aware of this place. Avoid them at all cost. I paid $292 to get window tint. I was severely overcharged.
