Big problem as we were 7 hours from home and it was raining. The crew at Steele Collision was amazing! They let us come in immediately and they had the window fixed within an hour. Very friendly service and they didn’t take advantage of us on the price. We certainly didn’t plan on this stop for our trip but they turned what could have been a horrible situation into simply an amusing anecdote about our trip. We hope we never have to call them again but if the need ever arises they will be the first one we call. I’ve had several vehicles fixed by them for various reasons this past year. Colton, Joe, Jimmy, have been so kind and helpful and they do excellent work. They are great at communicating with you what’s going on; they are super efficient; and are very reasonable with their pricing. All the shop in town were backed up and couldn’t help. I saw the Steele Collision sign and figured I’d stop. They were also busy but the owners understood my position and fixed my issue for a VERY fear price!!!
