Review: My husband and I really enjoyed our trade and purchase experience at campers inn. Mark Anderson was our sales person, very knowledgeable and even kindly stayed late with us on our first visit. There was no pressure, they have great prices, and were willing to work with us on when we wanted to do the deal. Daniel walked us through everything we needed to know about our new jayco camper, sharing tips he’s learned and gave us some advice on maintaining the exterior. We would do it all over again! Thanks Camper’s Inn!

Review: Bought a brand new camper here. $48,000 was the price. By the time it was over I had financed 52,500 and placed a down payment for 6,000 for a total of 58,500. Why did I allow them to do this to me? Because, I’m having this very large camper placed at a location permanently by a for hire driver and the salesman assured me that if I had any problems they would come to my camper on location and take care of me. The first day I get my camper parked the 3rd A/C goes out then the hot water heater. I call and email them for 2 weeks. Finally, get on the phone with Tina and she tells me I can pay for the repairs myself and have some guy who doesn’t work from them fix it then try to claim it on the warranty company myself or…. I COULD CALL CAMPING WORLD AND THEY MIGHT BE WILLING TO COME OUT AND FIX IT. I’ve taken a few days to make sure I’m not over reacting but, this is wrong. I was lied too, taken for $10,000 and the given the runaround. I’m upset and I have every single right to be. Mr. Salesman I’ll be taking my drive up to your store to sit in your office very soon. This needs to be fixed or I’ll post and report this store to every app and person I can find.
Update: They told me they wouldn’t even consider fixing my camper if this review stayed here. I agree to remove the review and replace with a 5 star review if the issues with my camper were fixed. That wasn’t good enough for them. All this took place a month ago so, it would seem I will be paying for repairs on a brand new camper out of pocket. I’m still in shock as to how fast the customer service goes from 5 star to 0 stars once they have your money. I guess they got what they wanted so, they don’t need to conduct themselves professionally anymore. Disappointing

Review: From the minute we walked in, the service was amazing. Our Salesman, Mark, was fun and knew exactly what we were looking for. Mark wasn’t pushy and was extremely knowledgeable. We told him our likes and dislikes, and he knew what we wanted and delivered. Ryan did the financing and made us so comfortable and was very personable! We walked in to just look, but after the excellent service and great prices, we bought the camper we were looking for. I would definitely recommend anyone to Campers Inn if you are looking for honest, fun, and knowledgeable people to help you find what you’re looking for.

Review: Had to walk around without a salesperson and was told doors were unlocked which was clearly not the case. We walked around for a half hour before a salesperson was available to help us. Mind you we did go inside upon arrival and ask for assistance before walking around. Used camper prices here are around 24k plus and those campers on the low end needed work. Would never buy a camper that needs a floor fixed for anymore than 10k.

Review: Mark Anderson is a amazing sales person! Very kind and goes beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase… I would have given them a 5 star reading just for him, but the service department is horrible! Bought a brand new 2024 Georgetown That needed a couple of quick fixes. The mechanic was very rude to us, said he had other people in front of us and it would be a couple of months. This was the brand new RV that we spent over a $180,000 on. Got in touch with another manager at another location and customer service regarding the issue. I guess it’s a known thing about the service department in Moncks Corner.

Very professional, great communication, friendly staff.

Review: I had to wait over a year to get my camper at not fault to Campers Inn even after putting a deposit down. Jayco was going through the pandemic at the time and made false promises to Campers Inn. The ONLY reason I stayed with Campers Inn was because of our saleswoman Vanessa Hodges. She kept me abreast of what she was being told. Vanessa is a professional and it was because of this I stayed with her even after the management change which I am not impressed with. Her commitment and expertise was second to none. Even though Jayco couldn’t deliver there travel trailer I wanted, Vanessa found a Jayco 5th wheel that was comparable to what my needs were. Jayco didn’t deliver my expectations and I was disappointed with them. Through her personality and knowledge Vanessa made one feel very comfortable and at ease. It was a an enjoyable pleasure to work with her and will do it again where ever she may be. It is because of her not Campers Inn that I made my purchased. The service department is awesome because of James and Scotty, they actually care about their customers compared to some service departments that I have to deal with. And Luis the technician, he is another that I will follow no matter where he goes. He is probably the best technician that I have had the pleasure working with communicating with. His knowledge of the intricacies of how everything works together is amazing. Vanessa is a dedicated, cheerful, and hard-working individual who performs all her duties in an accurate and enthusiastic manner. Vanessa and Luis are both assets to Campers Inn, can’t say that about the new management though.

Review: This is my first time purchasing a RV. After shopping around and talking with many dealers even in other states. Campers inn of Charleston is the epitome of dealerships. The customer service is completely phenomenal and not just with me. As I was in the store a few times, they treated the customers with the same level of respect as you would family. It’s truly like a family in this place. Mark is a great salesman to work with, Ryan is very knowledgeable and respectful finance man that will fight for your deals with the banks. Patti in parts department Is definitely worth giving a hard time. She absolutely loves her job and can get any part you may need or want. Jaime is the main man in the service department and he does know his stuff. Very respectful and knowledgeable man. I can’t forget about Lewis, this is the man that did my walk through and had zero problems explaining everything so that I could understand how everything works. If and when I have to bring my camper to be maintained/fixed. I’m gonna request that he works on my trailer. All in all, very reputable place and I would highly recommend anyone to start here. If/when I upgrade to a bigger trailer, they will be my first stop!
