I left my car with Creative Customs on a Wednesday and picked it up late that evening just to get home and notice the right window full of scratches. The next morning, I noticed a hair and a crease in the right-back tint, including dust specs on all windows. Ok no biggie, you can’t avoid dust specs. But the air bubbles you can. He returned my phone call on Thursday and was kind enough to replace the scratched tint and the right rear tint that had the hair pinned. I did mention how I honesty was not pleased with the majority of the work that was done with my car, but I was told to give it time, it would go away. A few days later, I left a voicemail asking if he could heat the air bubbles and dust specs away that were still stuck between the glass but I have not received a callback. Two weeks later as of today, and the bubbles never disappeared, the dust specs and air bubbles are getting larger it seems & I’m over it at this point. & if you want to get even more specific, there’s a nick and a dip in the cut of the tint along the edge of the glass that I didn’t see until I was able to roll down my window (the same window that he previously replaced due to scratches)….. I was not told the price until after the work was done. I felt like it was pretty cheap. now I feel like I got what I paid for & honestly, I would have taken my business somewhere else & for a higher cost if I had known that Creative Customs would not meet my expectations. I dare not try to discredit anyone’s years of practice and dedication, but the tint/work that was put onto my car by Creative Custom is Nothing of good quality. My only exclamation for this is the dim lighting inside the shop. It’s too dark in there for anyone to be trying to install 20% or lower tint. If they allowed refunds, I would honestly help them take the tint off myself. That’s how cringing it is. that’s just my opinion though, but I too trusted the reviews in my decision in choosing Creative Customs. These pics are from yesterday.
