Hope, and every other staff that I have dealt with, are ways friendly and eager to help me, and our clients, choose the best units for each project and patiently take the time to educate us about their products, uses and installation practices. Our company has dozens of shower units installed each year and we have had such a low percentage of issues with installation that it is hardly worth mentioning, but I do so to acknowledge the willingness of management to correct any issues and make sure that I, and more importantly, our clients are happy with their product and service.
