I drive a 2022 Elantra N and I came here a few times and paid $200 for the whole car when he was charging $180 (back when his prices were cheaper) I asked him for a $20 in change and he took the money I gave him and left. I don’t mind tipping but not like that. I came back because there was a huge gap in between my tint and the top of the drivers side and left rear passenger window. I’m not sure if he got tired or if something else happened but there were also a bunch of air pockets that were left untouched. The car was dropped off at 12 PM and ai didn’t get it back until almost 8:30 that night. I came to have him fix it today and through text he told me I wouldn’t be charged. When I tried leaving he told me it was $40 per window for a total of $80. I told him that was outrageous and that I wasn’t going to pay him after he messed up and told me the repair would be free of charge. When I left I contacted the Warwick Police Department and was told this would be resolved. I also noticed a paint chip on above the window that wasn’t there prior to dropping off the car. Found a better guy up in Central Falls. He’s quick, efficient and he’ll even ask you if you want the door panels removed to make installation quicker and easier for a better outcome. Good work comes at a cost. All in all I will not be going back to KP again.
