Took less than 3 hours to replace the entire exhaust on the car. Explained all the problems and why. It was priced right. I also asked about putting running boards on the truck, they suggested a place better than them to do the work. They gave me a fair price & got it done within the day. Being new to the area, we searched diligently for a reputable repair shop. There weren’t many who did State inspections in the Town we’re in. Having read some favorable reviews for the Midas shop, I decided to give it a try. Now, after some needed repairs on both vehicles, we are all set with our State inspections. My experience with this shop, and in particular, Kevin, has been been very positive. Their manner of doing business is straightforward and honest. Their pricing is reasonable (not cheap) in light of the era in which we live, but more importantly, there were no shady dealings. Repairs were not manufactured by the shop. Evidence of the needed repairs were brought to light with pictures of the broken parts sent directly to me via text message. The repairs were done to perfection in a very timely manner. One repair, an obstinate TPMS light, proved to defy repair. Although the shop replaced one of the tire sensors in an effort to fix the issue, it still persisted. Kevin told me that he was not going to charge me for the sensor install since it did not fix the problem. I can attest that another shop would not have been so gracious. Overall I am well pleased with this shop’s integrity and professionalism.
