Review: Jonathan and his crew along with Christine in the office are top notch. I’ve done business with them for many years. I trust them when they tell me what is wrong with my vehicle and with their pricing. They are fair and courteous and I’ve never felt ripped off in anyway.

Review: I called Ray’s for a tow to my nearest tire repair shop when I got a flat tire off the Jamestown bridge. To complicate matters I broke one of my lug nuts while trying to put on the spare. My Local tire shop would have needed a couple of days to get a replacement tire and where unable to get the broken lug nut off. Ray’s offered to take it to their shop and got the job done in the same day. All for a reasonable price. Very professional, friendly, fast, great service, accomodating and reasonably priced.

Review: Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Not polite whatsoever. The only nice person was the woman who answered the phone at first. Ray was talking to me like I was stupid. He was so rude and unprofessional, I really could not believe how I was talked to. You guys make so much money from these tows, the LEAST you could do is be nice. So much attitude, he sounded so miserable! Unless you want that taken out on you, like you’re not giving them money, I’d go elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Review: Had my car battery die while vacationing in rhode island, they towed and fixed my car for me all within 5 hours. They made my car a priority due to my situation and had amazing customer service. Could not recommend them enough!!!!
