The IDW crew set up and cleaned them out including bagging the debris. I asked a favor if they could install a screen on the second floor because it is easier to put them in from the outside. They did it without hesitation. Also, I shopped around and IDW price was very competitive, it proved to be a great value. While the windows themselves were impressively clear and looked great, there were a few aspects of the service that left room for improvement. I was disappointed to find that the sills were not as thoroughly cleaned as expected, with some dirt and debris left behind. Additionally, to accommodate their ladder to reach the upper windows, they moved our patio furniture across the deck and did not put it all back when they were finished. A few items on the inside where not put back either.
