From sales rep, to window measuring, to installation, everything went great. I had a couple questions after installation and they responded quickly. Even sent out an entire crew to walk through my questions. Top notch. All of this at a more than fair price. He was very clear and showed how the windows work as well as explaining the pricing.. After getting a bid from another company, I chose to go with Thermo Twin based on pricing and the many recommendations of friends. On October 14, 2024, four men came to my home to install 12 new windows, including a “total tear-out” in my dining room (meaning they not only replaced the windows but also the wooden window frame and sill). Two men concentrated on the total tear-out while the other two worked on the other 9 windows in my house. They came promptly at 8:00 AM and were completely done and cleaned up at about 1:00 PM. Amazing! The men were very friendly, polite, and explained everything clearly. They were very thorough and cleaned up everything inside and out. I am very happy with my new windows. They are a vast improvement over my 60-year-old windows! After talking to friends of ours that replaced their windows with Thermo-Twin, we decided to call and request a quote to replace 14 windows and a patio door. The salesman came out and right off the bat I was very impressed with his knowledge of the product, as well as the installation process. There was no sales pressure because I believe the product he showed us and the warranty offered, sold itself! We shopped around and I can honestly say that this company offers a fair price and the warranty is second to none. We signed the contract that day! We received the call for the installation in the timeframe the salesman quoted us. The Thermo-Twin installation team arrived right on time. A crew of 5 window installers and an installer for the sliding glass patio door. The workers could not have been more professional, friendly and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. You would not have know there were 6 workers performing work in our house when they left. They arrived at 8:00am and the job was completed by 1:00pm! I can’t say enough about how efficient these guys were! Less than a week after our windows were installed, we received a call from Thermo-Twin. It was a courtesy call to make sure we were happy with our windows and the job that their workers had performed. They told us that if we ever have a problem or question, to give them call. Now that is something more companies need to realize is important to customers. To know that they care enough to make sure you are happy with their work after the job has been completed. Most companies only call you when they are trying to get your signature on a contract! We are very satisfied with the product, work, and professionalism provided by Thermo-Twin. This is an employee owned company, and I believe you can tell the employees take pride in what they do and the service they provide. He used high pressure sales to try to get me to accept the offer right then for a special price, then for a special employee price. Even though I said multiple times I wanted to evaluate all the bids and would take a week or two to decide. Went on-and-on until it got to the point where I was about to ask him to leave. Other companies didn’t have this option and tried to upsell me to hideously expensive hopper windows. When I found Thermo Twin, I got exactly what I needed, at a great price. Everyone I dealt with, from the initial visit and quote, to the office, to the installation team, was great. Friendly, professional and efficient. The whole experience was a breeze. I now have a window seat in my master bedroom, and a garden window in my kitchen. This was a great experience from start to finish, from sales visit to installation. The installers are the best in the business. They are neat, organized and efficient. All that you would expect from an employee owned company. And the finished product looks incredible. My home is warmer and quieter than it’s ever been. All at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Thermo Twin.
