"ALL-NU" Windows

The price we were quoted was significantly lower than all the other quotes we received. Dave the sales rep was very knowledgeable and transparent with us. The installer Frank was quick, clean, and did a great job. You can tell he genuinely believes in and backs the products he sells. Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Frank & Frankie (installers) were prompt, polite, fast, and clean, and did a great job. I do have to note that the windows themselves – we went with VWD brand – did have some quality issues (it seemed like some cleanup steps were missed in the manufacturing process). I brought these to David’s attention and he coordinated with a local window repair man (shout-out to Joe with B&L Wholesale) who came out to assess and address the problems. Lead time for delivery was less than half of the estimate and the installation was completed the very next week with lots of attention and care to detail. Frank and Frank do an awesome job. David came out early the following week to inspect all of the windows. He gave us a great rundown of when our previous windows were installed and suggestions for what could be done. He had a sample window to show the features and explained everything thoroughly. He quoted us the windows which was an incredibly fair price. His installers came out and were very kind and great to work with. They took precise measurements and called to schedule installation when the windows arrived. They were quick, only took about a day and a half to get everything installed. They cleaned everything up well and protected nearby furniture during the installation. They also assisted with a rotten header on one of the larger windows from water intrusion on a broken seal. They were professional from the initial meeting all the way through the installation. When I called All-Nu Dave stopped by and gave us a no pressure demo and quote that was significantly less than the price we received from a national company for the same exact window. The installers, Frank and his son, were timely, very considerate, professional, and left zero mess behind. They offered a couple of suggestions that really made a difference in the appearance and finish around the windows.
