They also know how to get down to brass tacks and find all the issues on your car. I am always skeptical of auto people but they were very efficient. They tried to help me find the cheapest prices for what I was looking for and even replaced my license plate at a discounted price. I’ll be back there again. Ron cleared a space on a table for me to work as I waited for my vehicle to be diagnosed. Each customer who entered the business was greeted with the same kindness. It is clear that Ron has an established clientele who trusts Auto Doctor to take care of their vehicles. The staff was quick to determine my car’s maintenance needs and was able to get the specific tires that I requested to ensure a quiet and smooth ride. Ron was communicative throughout the process and was flexible to complete servicing around my schedule. He made sure to stay within my price range and was honest while doing business. Ron had called me with details on what needed to be done to the vehicle in order to pass the state inspection. He quoted me a price of “approximately between $2900-$3100 for all work. He told me I needed two tires and kept my vehicle all weekend. On Monday morning I received a call from another employee indicating that the bill came to $3650. I asked him as to why the pricing changed and he indicated that four tires had to be put on my vehicle. I informed him that Ron told me only two tires were needed and the employee told me “I don’t know what was said but you are being charged for four tires”. I was very disappointed because they went ahead and performed the work without notifying me. I picked my vehicle up and Ron said “your vehicle is running great now”. I drove my vehicle a few weeks later and found out that my transmission fluid was low. I called Ron and he told me that “they check everything “, during a state inspection. I checked my transmission fluid and it was two quarts low! A few days later, I was driving and my vehicle lost all electrical power and left me stranded on the side of the road. I called Auto-Doctor and Ron answered. I informed him of what happened and I asked him if he checked my battery during the state inspection and he replied “we check everything”. He then became loud when I asked him if my vehicle was covered due to the recency of work performed on my vehicle to which he replied, “if you think I’m going to do anything on your vehicle for free, you better have it towed to another repair shop”. He then told me that he would “come find me” because I indicated that I was going to let everyone know of his demeanor and unprofessional ethics. A few of my neighbors recommended Auto Doctor of Warminster. My vehicle needed brakes and rotors. I was very pleased with the prices and Ron and Al were nice to deal with!
